Zero Balancing (ZB) is a hands-on body/mind system of therapy that balances the relationship of energy and structure within the bones and tissues of the body. Simple yet powerful, it focuses on the whole person, even when addressing specific needs.
Considered at the leading edge of body/mind therapies, ZB uses energy movement to integrate Western medical science with Eastern energy healing traditions. Zero Balancing promotes internal balance and harmony through the use of skilled touch. A Zero Balancing session consists of gentle acupressure focusing on joints and bones. A session takes 30-40 minutes; you will be fully clothed, lying on the bodywork table in a relaxing, welcoming, and calmly lit atmosphere.
